Adcam Fabrications has in place a full Quality Control System that ensures we adhere to ISO 9001:2015 regulations and to BS EN 1090-1:2009 +A1:2011. Each manufactured part has a Route/Job card, which will follow through the manufacturing process’s such as punching, laser cutting, metal forming, inserting, welding, deburring, wet and powder coating from start to completion with stage inspections that can be tailored to individual customer requirements.
Any sub contract operations i.e. zinc plating are fully traceable and supplied with a certificate of conformity, this information is collated onto the same Q.A card along with all material batch numbers.
Adcam employ welders to suit all applications and code requirements which are constantly up-dated and using our weld tech partners can be updated to customer requirements we have employees that are fully accredited in both steel and aluminium.
Adcam’s in-house painting facility is compliant with the latest def. Standards and other wet and powder paint processes.
All our employees are time served apprentices, a policy we continue to follow and add too by the addition of our own apprentice program to ensure the highest standards will continue in the future.
